Toata cladirea a fost construita la calitate germana, cu materiale de foarte buna calitate, la standarde foarte inalte, intr-o zona linistita, dar aproape de centrul orasului si indeplineste toate normele de securitate.

Despite the quietness and relaxing position of our facility, it’s still close and connected to the city, at an equal distance from the center of Baia Mare and the Old town where there are plenty of restaurants and places to visit.
In ciuda faptului ca facilitatea este asezata intr-o zona foarte linistita si relaxanta a orasului, accesul este facil, fiind foarte aproape de oras, de punctele centrale si de interes din Baia Mare, distanta fata de centrul nou si de centrul vechi (unde exista multe restaurante si locuri de vizita) este aproximativ egala.
Parks and nature.
Very close to the main parks of Baia Mare. The central park that also has the County Museum of Ethnography and Folklore, and the Queen Mary park that beside the beautiful sights has the starting point for several hiking trails in the area, as the park extends on the hill, in the neighboring forest.
Foarte apropiata de principalele parcuri din Baia Mare. Parcul central care gazduieste Muzeul Judeţean de Etnografie şi Artă Populară Maramureş, si parcul Regina Maria care pe langa privelistile minunate foloseste si ca punct de start pentru cateva dintre traseele montane din zona deoarece parcul se extinde pana pe dealurile din padurile vecine.
Shops and markets.
Within a restrained area, there are plenty of shops, including a super-market, gas stations, restaurants and other utilitarian markets.
Pe o zona restransa, exista suficiente magazine, incluzand chiar si un super-market, o statie de alimentare combustibil, cateva restaurante si alte magazine utilitare.
